REGISTRATION
How to register1. Access the Registration Site.
Visit the registration form to begin the process. Registration includes both event participation and accommodation arrangements.
2. Wait for payment information.
After submitting your registration details, you will receive payment instructions via email. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address during registration.
3. Submit your abstract.
Please submit your abstract following the instructions in the table below, and make sure it meets the abstract submission guidelines.
4. Book Your Flight
Participants are responsible for booking their own flights. However, if you need assistance, feel free to contact Prima Tours at ACMS2025@primatours.co.jp for support.

Registration Fee
Participants from academia and government:
JPY 25,000 (if registered before May 30, 2025); JPY 30,000 (if registered after May 31, 2025)
Participants from industry:
JPY 50,000 (if registered before May 30, 2025); JPY 55,000 (if registered after May 31, 2025)
Students:
JPY 15,000 (if registered before May 30, 2025); JPY 20,000 (if registered after May 31, 2025)
SOCIAL PROGRAM

The conference banquet will be held at Laguna Garden Hotel. Those who would like to attend the banquet are requested to make a reservation through the registration form.

The mixer will be held at a beachside restaurant near the Convention Center. Those who would like to attend the mixer are requested to make a reservation through the registration form.

PAYMENTS
1. Registration Fee & Social ProgramBoth the conference registration fee and social program fees must be paid in advance via bank transfer.
The application will be valid upon your advanced conference registration and remittance of the registration fee.
2. Accommodation Payment
Accommodation charges will be paid directly at the venue. Please settle your accommodation payment with the hotel upon check-in.
